Local produce is served for breakfast and the farm's popular tea room serves homemade cakes and scones, cream and jam. An unusual feature of the tea room is a unique viewing window which directly overlooks the cattle in the field. One of the heifers loves to nuzzle the window and people love to see that. So highly renowned is Bassett Wood Farm, that it has been recognised by the Peak Park Cuisine Group which requires all food to be sourced locally. We have been featured in an AA guide, Derbyshire Now and Tea Shop Walks. To view our tempting breakfast menu, please click here.
